Left-Over Steak And Eggs Breakfast Sammy.

With a desire to never be boring I turned yet another batch of left-overs and fridge regulars into a breakfast sandwich. Surprise.

So I took this pile of stuff on the cutting board...

....and turned it into this:

This is basically the same as my other baked egg style breakfast sammies.

UH-MAZE-ING!! Just look at that perfect toast...and the diagonal slice...yum.
